Because our products are handmade woven bags, production and shipping times may vary depending on order type and quantity.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Estimated processing times:
Ready stock items: 1–5 business days
Retail handmade production: 3–10 business days
Custom orders: 7–21 business days
Wholesale / bulk orders: 2–6 weeks depending on quantity
Production time may change during high-volume periods. Buyers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping carriers are selected based on destination, weight, and service availability.
