This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Craftvitas Indonesia (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and applies to all orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, or approved sales channels.

Because our products are handmade woven bags, production and shipping times may vary depending on order type and quantity.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Estimated processing times:

  • Ready stock items: 1–5 business days

  • Retail handmade production: 3–10 business days

  • Custom orders: 7–21 business days

  • Wholesale / bulk orders: 2–6 weeks depending on quantity

Production time may change during high-volume periods. Buyers will be notified if significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Coverage

We ship:

  • Domestic (Indonesia)

  • International (Worldwide)

Shipping carriers are selected based on destination, weight, and service availability.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight and size

  • Shipping service selected

International buyers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Clearance fees

  • Local handling charges

These fees are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees.

5. Tracking Information

6. Shipping Address Responsibility

Buyers must provide accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Returned packages due to address errors

Reshipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

7. Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

However, we will reasonably assist in filing shipping claims when possible.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos before opening

  2. Record an unboxing video if possible

  3. Report within 48 hours
